1. Cancellation Policy

  • Requesting a Cancellation:
    Clients may request a cancellation of their service order by contacting us at info@indiaxbrl.com or via phone at +91-9278813303.

    • Cancellation requests must include your order details, the reason for cancellation, and any relevant documentation to support the request.

  • Eligibility for Cancellation:

    • If the service has not yet commenced (e.g., analysis, validation, or data processing has not started), a cancellation request can be considered.

    • Once the service has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Time Frame:
    Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the service order. After this period, cancellations will be handled at the discretion of IndiaXBRL.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

    • The service has not commenced, and a valid cancellation request has been made within the eligible time frame.

    • An error or issue caused by IndiaXBRL that cannot be rectified to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after service delivery has commenced.

    • If delays occur due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, refunds will not be provided.

    • Once the final deliverables (e.g., XBRL files or reports) have been submitted to the client, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Changes to Services

  • If you wish to make changes to the service after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Any changes are subject to mutual agreement and may involve additional charges or adjustments to timelines.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

IndiaXBRL reserves the right to review cancellation or refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
